Returns Policy

• You have 14 days to return your order, starting from the day of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at infostudiocees@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Once we have received your return, the item(s) will undergo a quality control check. After your return has been approved, all successfully returned items will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We aim to process all returns within 14 business days.
